A Slow Session For AdultsThis is designed specifically for adults who are starting or coming back to music. Most sessions you go to have very proficient musicians who play at “normal speed” (sometimes quite quickly) and for the beginner or improver it would be impossible to play along, even when you have built up your repertoire of tunes. The Slow Session is guaranteed to be played at a moderate speed – has a dedicated teacher to help and to mentor – and most importantly, all the musicians are at similar levels. This session is designed to help build repertoire, give the musician confidence and encourage them to play together. Music is a social activity – what’s more social than playing along with your friends. |
